SEALCOATING
Sealcoating is a common type of road resurfacing that involves a specially formulated layer of liquid that protects asphalt from water damage, UV rays, precipitation and various forms of vehicular wear. When it is applied over existing pavement, sealcoating is a cost-effective way of resurfacing that extends the life of the road by 10 to 20 years. It provides a skid-resistant, anti-glare surface during wet weather, as well as a dust-free driving surface.
