Our Duncan Paving plant is located on Highway 18 just west of Highway 19. It underwent extensive updates in 2020 to increase capacity and efficiency.
The Cowichan Valley is a growing area and we provide a wide range of services to meet the needs of residential and commercial customers as well as local governments, helping to address the region’s infrastructure needs.
